Founder and Chief Strategist

Trish understands people. I’m sure her degree in psychology helps, but even more importantly she’s had a load of experience meeting and connecting with people from all walks of life. Not to mention persuading them to come around to her point of view. Trish’s former career in international diplomacy saw her work in 13 countries across Europe, Asia, the Americas, Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific. Yep, that’s a lot of jetlag.

Now she’s excited to be devoting herself full time to something she really loves – social media! Trish loves diving deep into her clients’ businesses to really tease out what makes them special. And (weirdly) she also really likes the reporting and analysis side of the business. What’s with the teapot?

 

Good question!

We’d love to say that the teapot represents our approach to social engagement. That the image of popping the kettle on and sitting around the kitchen table with friends and loved ones is an analogy for the warm, friendly, welcoming environment we aim to recreate in your online communities; an environment that makes your clients feel comfortable with your brand and encourages them to share their thoughts – and listen to your messages – much as they would over a steaming cup of tea at the kitchen table. We’d love to say that.

But really, we chose it because we just love tea.

Is that too honest?

Do you have set packages?

 

Short answer – no.

We work with you to find out exactly what you need, and put together a quote that includes all the bits and pieces that are essential to your success. We don’t believe that one size fits all – and the good news is, this means you’re not stuck with a minimum package size that includes items you really don’t care about. So if all you want is somebody to set up a Facebook business page and then leave you alone…we can do that. On the other hand, if you want to be completely hands-off and hassle-free, we can run with that as well. We’re not into sales or upselling, we’re just here to deliver a service that includes what you need, when you need it.
